How do I know which therapist to choose?
When it comes to therapy we know the best indicator of success is the relationship you can build with your therapist. The relationship itself becomes a strong vehicle of change. Therefore, we encouraged you to take a peek at Our Team page, and read about each practitioner to help you choose. Ask yourself, what is my felt sense of the person, what is the vibe I get from their description or picture, or does this person appear in alignment with my goals? In addition, you may also want to consider the therapist's area of practice or areas of interest to help you determine if their training, experience or interests coincide with your presenting concern or goals. Don't forget you play a big role in your own therapy experience so consider what your hopes are for therapy, your motivations for change, and who can best support you as you figure it out. If you are still unsure or nervous about where to start, we welcome you to book a free 15 minute consultation with any of our practitioners (or even more than one!) so that you can get a feel for them, and ask any questions that you may have. We know that it can be overwhelming to get started, but we are here to help.

Yes! Our team is rooted in community, especially here in Fort Saskatchewan. We want mental health supports to be accessible to every one. Therefore, sliding scale rates are available for our clients when needed. It is important to us that the cost for services do not present a barrier to you seeking support. Please call the clinic for more information, or speak directly with your therapist.
