TELEPHONE AND VIDEO SESSIONS
Here For You
Sometimes we are busy and our commitments make it hard to find time to sneak away to an appointment. Or perhaps, what is ailing you is preventing you from getting to an appointment outside of your comfort zone. We offer telephone or Skype sessions to make it even easier for you to move in the direction of a life you love.
Human beings are social creatures, and there is so much learning and growth that can arise from working together. If connection and shared understanding is what you are looking for, we hope you will consider participating in one of our thoughtfully designed groups. Group offerings may include topics such as: self-esteem, boundaries, anxiety and mindfulness, attachment and parenting, or mood management.
